Return and Exchange Policy

Concept Customs provides the highest quality parts available for aftermarket applications. We provide 30 days from delivery to exchange any defective manufactured "stock", non-electrical product.
All sales on electrical products are final. Exchange will be made for any defective electrical product provided Concept Customs is notified within 10 days from date of delivery. Returns for refund on electrical products will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Returns of manufactured "stock" items may be accepted at the discretion of management within 30 days subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items accepted for refund must be in "new" condition. If product is packaged in product labeled packaging, packaging must be in condition such to present a "new" appearance.
Due to the nature of custom fabrication, no exchange or return may be made for any fabricated part, unless due to manufacturing flaw or defect.
Concept Customs assumes no liability for customer installed products.
